Air operated diaphragm pumps have established in many industrial applications. Some significant advantages are:
- Suitable for abrasive, viscous and sheer sensitve media.
- Perfusion of liquid or pastous media.
- Perfusion of media containing solids.
- Safe against dry running and overload. In case of shut-off pressure line the pump will stop without causing any damage.
- Sealless: no rotating components, no shaft seal.
- Self priming up to 8 m.
- Flow quantity and pressure stepless adjustable by controlling of air consumption.
- Simple installation and maintenance.
- Compound diaphragm with integral metal core. No diaphragm plate and no diaphragm screw.
- Air motor is lubrication and maintenance free.
- Approval acc. to EN 94 / 6 / EC (ATEX)
- Certification acc. CE, EX, ATEX, PCT and TÜV
